概述 Outline
本系列為交流異步電動(dòng)機(jī)與方箱齒輪組合為一體的減速電動(dòng)機(jī)，適用于低速傳動(dòng)裝置中作為驅(qū)動(dòng)元件能起到簡(jiǎn)化機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)，降低成本和降低能耗的作用。
本系列電機(jī)可以達(dá)到某一固定的低轉(zhuǎn)速(YYJ、YSJ電機(jī))，也可以達(dá)到無級(jí)調(diào)整的變速要求(YYJT電機(jī))，另外本系列電機(jī)均可根據(jù)用戶要求做成制動(dòng)電機(jī)，以提高其生產(chǎn)效率。
This series gearmotor consist of square gearbox and AC indution motor,suitable to use as driving element on low speed transmission units.
This series of motor can run at a fixed low speed(YYJ,YSJ motor),also can run on the stepless speed-regulating requirement, Brake motor can be made on the basis of this series of motor according to customers′ requirement for improving its production efficiency.

使用環(huán)境條件 Usage:
●海拔不超過1000米；No more than 1000m above sea level.
●環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在-15℃～+40℃的范圍內(nèi)；Ambient temperature: -15℃-40℃
●環(huán)境相對(duì)濕度<90%(25℃) Relative humidity:<90%(25℃).

注：
1、超出上述減速比可專門設(shè)計(jì)、加工、訂貨。
2、為避免減速器因過載而損壞，在選用低轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)矩不得超過表中規(guī)定值。
3、在輸出軸上安裝聯(lián)軸器、皮帶輪等零件時(shí)，不可用力敲擊、用力壓入、防止損壞齒輪箱內(nèi)部零件。
Note:
1.The motor in excess of theabove-mentioned ratio may be specially designed, manufactured and ordered.
2.The torque must be within the rated ＆#118alue of the table when selecting the low speed motor for preventing damage from over-olading
3.Please do not heavily knock when installing coupling. belt wheel,etc.to output shaft of motor.

注意事項(xiàng) Caution:
1、插接件接線，請(qǐng)勿任意修改；
2、使用時(shí)請(qǐng)先將速度設(shè)定旋鈕調(diào)到“0”，避免瞬間大電流損壞調(diào)速器；
3、變更電動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時(shí)，須等電動(dòng)機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，方可改變；
4、動(dòng)作形狀只控制電動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)作或停止，勿作中斷電源之用。
5、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用時(shí)，請(qǐng)斷開電源；
6、請(qǐng)勿在有腐蝕性氣體、易燃易爆的環(huán)境中使用。
